A large boutique riad hotel near Bab El Ksour that grew from six bedrooms in 2004 to 41 individually styled rooms and suites across linked medina houses. It is known for its art collection, a 1,300 m² roof terrace with a bar, three pools, a spa and two restaurants. Ownership passed to the Benabbès-Taarji family's AKAN Collection in late 2025.
