This is the unmissable downtown evening, and it's best after dark. Ride up to the 'At the Top' observation deck for the city laid out beneath you, then come down to watch the choreographed fountain show on the lake. The aquarium inside Dubai Mall is a fun add-on if you're travelling with family.
